Thanks Martin

Colin sent me details.

The road is open to Fallin, just a bit rough with loose stones. If only we had some rain to clean the road up mm

Eileen, Don't think the road as such is closed so should get through okay. I'll be coming to the Peak that way tomorrow so will find out the hard way. If not, then in by Cowie Road passed Greenyards. Failing that, Inverness is a bit longer..... B) Thanks for the heads up.

Andrew, usually not a problem to open but can help if connected to Garmin Connect first.

Heads up - did you know there are major roadworks on the road in from Fallin? They are building a roundabout at the junction to the tip.
Came in last week with a Hub ride who came down the cycle path to avoid the roadworks

SBC DEVELOPMENT GROUP - Saturday 01 August

The proposal for the Development Group Ride this Saturday is to head out eastward from the Peak for a change heading for Fishcross and Coalsnaughton before turning south down to Forestmill, southwestward to Kincardine before crossing the new Clacks Bridge. On to Letham and Crow Wood before heading back via Cowie and Fallin to Corrieris for a decent cup of coffee with cake :)

All in, around 33 easy miles and an even easier 13 -15 mph average.

Route : connect.garmin.com/course/10331851

The weather seems to be keeping up with the latest summer trend with sunny intervals, heavy showers and an increasing breeze.

Bring suitable clothing, something to eat and drink, your bike and yourself. As always, everyone welcome, no one gets left behind or dropped.

See you Saturday!!
