Turned out not a bad day. Contary to the doomsters Noah was not required. Yes it was damp but after 1st 20miles we took jackets off as the rain stopped and rode to lunch in a Acharacle without them. I reckon this ride probably should not be attempted in school holiday period. Lochailort road quite busy with Harry Potter Traffic.
I have some limited
from the ride- not terriably exciting I am afraid considering we had views to Eigg which failed to appear in my Jimstagram (captured my left arm no-idea how I managed that.
Lunch was in
tioram internet café
ok for the two of us but would struggle with a large group both from space and service time. Large group Glenuig is the best option I think. That said food was fab.
Sent Paul Milligan Sam Donnelly Stewart Mcqueen a private message with my contact details.
I could potentially take all 4 of us in my car with my bike in the boot and 3 on the roof.
Not wanting to tempt fate but forecast looks better in Moidart than Stirling. Still time for the rest of you to sign up.
Just an update Re contact details and travel plans. I am travelling up from Denny (with Stewart). Probably aim to leave at about 7am if we are aiming for 9.50 ferry (2.5 hour drive to Corran with a coffee / toilet stop at the Green Welly at Tyndrum). I have space for 1 more, and if needs be could also do a pick up in Stirling on the way. As Stuart said, the weather is looking fair and thankfully a little cooler!
Cheers Chi the HTML table caused some confusion
Just reply to the forum with whom you want to travel. Suggest you pick closest sounding driver. Chi or I will update the table just cause we like that raw HTML stuff.
Suggest you PM telephone numbers addresses etc using the "messaging tab". I will PM you all my number in due course so we can appologise for sleeping in/ taking wrong turn etc.

Hi, Sounds good Stuart. Love that part of the world. I am definitely up for this. As before can transport up to 2 passengers + bikes if required. Weather can't be any worse than Cowal....
