Weather actually looking OK-ish for Saturday: maybe some rain, needing some warm clothes (as temp between 4-6 Celsius) and a bit of wind from the North-East, so going out in that direction.
Thinking of doing the 5 (or was it 6) councils run.. Starting at the Peak - Cowie - Airth - Clackmanshire Bridge - Forestmill - wee bitty of a climb - Dollar via the Devon Rd (I talk like a local - thanks to Strava) - Tillicoultry - "The high road" - heading for Corrieri's, via the Hillfoots road. See:
for details. A total of 32 miles - 1270ft of descending.
Please bring the usual stuff with you, including at this of the year, mudguards and given the temperature warm clothing, which may include overshoes and something to keep your heed warm.
If this is your first time out with us, please introduce yourself to me (tall - wearing orange Rabobank shirt) before 10, so I can talk you through the secrets of club riding with the Stirling Bike club.
See you Saturday,
