Folks, I'm leading the middle group again this Sat and here is my proposed route - www.strava.com/routes/15559056 . Approx 60 miles and 3600ft of lumpy bits. As per last week's ride the pace will be between 15 - 17mph average and I'm planning to keep within these numbers. Usual rules and requests apply, no one left behind and if any rider wishes to leave the group mid ride please let me know.

Good time for riders to 'run around now' between groups so pipe up at the Peak if you're trying middle for the first time. Similarly, for the usual faster middle riders this is an ideal time to up-group to tempo as I'm sure you will be made more than welcome by the mild mannered janitor, the one and only Mr Alan Robertson who's taking tempo this Sat.

Weather to be ok so hopefully be a good ride.

Stuart
