Hi All,

Middle group this Saturday will be round Bo'ness, Slamanan, Doctors Brae and back to Corrieries. Route www.strava.com/routes/15071372

Route is 62.5 miles with 3,300ft climbing, with some downhill as well. Only climbs on the Route is from the mini roundabout at Bo'ness and Doctors Brae, we will stick together as a group on all other parts of the route. Usual rules apply for the group on a Club ride.

Route description for those that don't have access to Strava:
From the Peak at 0900, we will head to Bo'ness via Airth, Skinflats and Grangemouth. Once in Bo'ness we will continue to the small roundabout in the Town Centre where we will turn right and climb right up through the traffic lights and straight out of Bo'ness towards Linlithgow. Before going into Linlithgow we will take a right which will take us away from the open 'T' junction and head to the traffic lights near Linlithgow Bridge. Taking a right onto the main road we will then take a left at the Bridge Inn and head under the viaduct (photo stop for Shazza) and through to Standburn and onto Avonbridge where we will turn right and head to Limerigg (Black Loch) and on to Caldercruix where we will go round Hillend Loch via the cycle path. We will then head to Fannyside via Telegraph Road. From Fannyside we will head over Walton Road and then to Longcroft where we wil turn left and head up Doctors Brae (watch out for the Bear). From the top of the climbs we will head through Denny, Dunipace, Auchenbowie, down the Chaingang sprint and Kingspark to Corrieries.

Weather changing all the time so be prepared for getting wet.Bring plenty fluids, spare tubes and tools for mechanicals.

See you Saturday

Andy
