I agree Jim. It was one of the most enjoyable rides I’ve had in a long time. A great bunch.

My turn this week and the weather is going to be warm and sunny once again so remember the sun cream and plenty of fluid. Our route this week will take us on, for most, roads less travelled. As the wind will be coming, predominantly, from the east with a slight northerly element, we will be heading out the usual way to Braco then over Comrie Moor as far as the Wildlife Park, turn right there taking us down to the Comrie/Creiff road, turn almost immediately right up over the hill back to Braco, straight on to Greenloaning, up (again!) to Sherrifmuir then a nice drop all the way back to Corrieri's for whatever takes your fancy.

Distance is 73 km (45 miles) with 943 m (3000 ft) of climbing so a bit lumpy but we will ride as a group most of the time but allow people to do their own thing on the climbs and then regroup at the top. Route is here: ridewithgps.com/routes/27913173

Don't forget the usual spares, multi-tool and suitable clothing for the weather conditions. See you on Saturday.
