Good folks are thinking about 2015 already!!

I'm not bothered either way about organising. To be honest, it pretty much has run itself and depends more on the goodwill of folk coming along to marshal and help with time keeping.

Was thinking I would like to have a go at the series next year (if I can keep enduring the Pilates..) . I think it is a wee bit of a thought to do it and organise but very doable. Although I was always mindful that you might give yourself some inadvertent advantage in making up the start sheet!

And maybe some fresh East German ideas would be good idea  ...

PS I think the dates for all rounds were also announced at the AGM but I wasn't quick enough to catch them all!

As far as I understand (from the AGM and more recently confirmed by Norrie), Graeme Hay was lined up to organise this series and was OK with this. Not sure if he is registered on here yet - I'll see if I can get in touch with him to find out if he wants to continue, or pass the baton on...

Does marko know that the club 5 and club10 refer to 5 and 10 miles not 5 and 10 hours?

Lack of response could be due to Del being too busy training on his turbo at 10pm so that he can (finally) beat Marko in a TT.

3 days later and no one has replied to your post. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

Suppose there could b 2 reasons:

In awe of your unselfish generosity or

Thanks but nae thanks

Lets put poor Markerinio the Badgerinio out of his misery by letting him know whether u r voting YES (letting Dr G delicately move on to pastures new ;) ) or NO (I don't want the TT series run like an East German training camp because cycling was done best in yonder past  )

Bibs :silly:

I'd like to put myself forward to organise this series next year. I did once promise I'd take a turn! Obiously, I will be consulting with previous organisers and officials as to the format of dates/types of event etc.

This series should be the most prestigious and important events for any time trialist in the SBC so I've primed my personal secretary to expect a huge number of entrants!

This is, of course, unless anyone else is desperate to take this on!? ;)
