When I was a boy of 14 my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21 I was astonished by how much he'd learned in seven years. Mark Twain.

Hi,

Just joined the club so new to this forum. I got something through my front door over the weekend about the save gillies hill campaign (if this has been covered here before, apologies!)

Apparently Stirling Council are due to make the final decision about whether to allow quarrying to start again on the 28th June at a full planning panel.

Loads of great trails for riding up Gillies Hill, so if you're interested in keeping them have a look at:
www.savegillieshill.co.uk

Cheers
